Welcome to our Independent Funding Partner Program. By participating, you agree to comply with these program rules in their entirety. Please read all sections carefully before proceeding.

Relationship of Parties
You are participating as an independent affiliate partner of Quick Revenue Funds. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you, Quick Revenue Funds, David Allen Capital (DAC), or Bank Breezy. Partners operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own referral activity.

Qualified Referrals & Lead Tracking
  • Leads must be submitted exclusively through your designated PartnerStack portal link or tracking form to receive credit.
  • A referral is considered "Qualified" only after the business lead successfully secures financing, all provider compliance parameters are met, and funding clears.

Commission Structure & Payout Terms
  • Commission Rate: Partners earn a flat 20% commission on every successfully funded deal. Commissions are tracked and paid automatically through PartnerStack.
  • Payout Trigger: Commissions are generated once the referred business has been approved, funded, and has accepted the funds. Payment is processed through PartnerStack after the funding transaction is confirmed and settled by the funding provider.
ⓘ Commission eligibility is contingent on full qualification of the referral and confirmed settlement of the funding transaction by the funding provider.

Prohibited Marketing Practices
  • You agree not to use spam, deceptive marketing techniques, or bid on protected trademark keywords (e.g., "David Allen Capital", "Bank Breezy") in search engine advertising.
  • Making false income claims or guaranteeing loan approval amounts to prospective business applicants is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
⚠ Violations of these marketing practices will result in immediate removal from the partner program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

Modification & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate your partner access at any time for policy violations or fraudulent tracking behavior. Continued participation in the program following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Performance Bonus & Elite Commission Tier
  • Standard Rate: All approved partners begin at a flat 20% commission on every successfully funded deal, as outlined in Section 3.
  • Elite Performance Tier: Exceptional partners who consistently refer funded deals and demonstrate sustained activity over time may qualify for an elevated commission rate of 45–50%. This tier is not automatic and is granted solely at the discretion of Quick Revenue Funds based on individual performance and program contribution.
  • Qualification Criteria: To be considered for the Elite Tier, a partner must maintain consistent referral activity resulting in funded deals, adhere to all program terms and ethical marketing guidelines, and remain in good standing with no policy violations.
  • Review Process: Performance tier upgrades are reviewed periodically by Quick Revenue Funds. Partners will be notified directly if they qualify for an elevated rate. There is no formal application process — eligibility is determined internally based on partner activity and results.
ⓘ The Elite Performance Tier (45–50%) is earned over time through consistent funded deal activity and is granted at Quick Revenue Funds' sole discretion. Standard partners continue to earn 20% until formally notified of a tier upgrade.

How much can I earn per deal? +
Partners earn 20% of Quick Revenue Funds' broker commission on every funded deal. For example, a $50,000 funded deal generates approximately $3,000 in broker commission — your 20% share would be $600. High-performing partners can qualify for 45–50% over time based on performance.
What is the maximum a client can be funded? +
Businesses can be funded anywhere from $2,000 up to $2,000,000 depending on their revenue and eligibility. Funding is available to USA and Canada based businesses across all industries.
When do I get paid and how long does it take? +
Commissions are earned once your referred client is approved, funded, and has accepted their funds. Payment is then processed through PartnerStack to your Stripe or PayPal — typically within a few business days after the funding is confirmed and settled by the provider.
What happens after I submit my application? +
Submitting an application alone does not activate your account. You must: (1) click the activation link sent by PartnerStack, (2) complete your PartnerStack profile, (3) review and agree to these Partner Program Terms, and (4) connect your Stripe or PayPal for payouts. Only after all steps are complete will your account be reviewed and approved.
Can I earn higher commissions over time? +
Yes. Exceptional and consistently active partners can qualify for the Elite Performance Tier — earning between 45–50% commission based on results and sustained activity. This is earned over time and reviewed at Quick Revenue Funds' discretion. See Section 6 above for full details.
